Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and asks nothing of anyone else. The only personal data it handles is what you type into the contact form. The long version is below.

andersoftware.com is the personal portfolio of Andersson Quintero, an independent software engineer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. There is no company and no team behind it — whatever is described on this page, I am the one responsible for it.
Anything you want to ask about your data, you can ask through the contact form on the home page.
No cookies. This site sets none — not for analytics, not for sessions, not for anything.
It does keep three small values in your browser's local storage, and only these three:
There is no analytics here, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no embedded widget. Loading any page on this site makes zero requests to any domain other than this one: the fonts are served from here rather than from Google, and every image, script and 3D model is our own.
That is a deliberate choice, and it is the reason you are not being asked to accept anything before you can read the site.
If you write to me through the form, it sends four things — and, only if you chose them, two more:
The form posts to this site's own server, which passes it to an automation workflow I run myself and which delivers it to me as an email. I use it for exactly one thing: reading your message and replying to it. It is never added to a mailing list, never sold, and never handed to anyone else.
Two technical details worth being straight about. The form checks a hidden field and how long the page was open before you sent it, to filter out bots — nothing from those checks is kept. And the server holds your IP address in memory for a minute, to cap how many messages can be sent from one place; it is never written to disk and it is gone when the process restarts.
Your message and your details stay in my inbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and at most 24 months after our last exchange, at which point I delete them. If we end up working together, the records that belong to the project itself are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — and I will do it. The fastest route is the contact form: say what you are asking for and I will confirm when it is done.
The owner of the personal data may exercise the right of access to it free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, as established in article 14, subsection 3 of Argentine Law No. 25.326.
The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, in its capacity as the supervisory authority for Law No. 25.326, has the power to hear complaints and claims brought by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on the protection of personal data.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you the same rights plus objection and portability. The basis I rely on to hold your message is your own request to be contacted.
If any of this stops being true, I update this page and the date at the top. There is no version for you to accept and no banner to dismiss — the text you are reading is the one that applies.
