I've spent years building products inside large companies — and projects like yours are the ones I enjoy most. No tech vocabulary needed: within 48 hours you'll have a proposal, a timeline and a fixed quote.

Process
Leave me a message through the form and I'll get in touch to set up a call — plain words, no tech vocabulary needed. I'll ask the questions that matter.
Phased scope, clear timelines and a fixed quote in writing — signed, or on whatever legal basis the work warrants: a properly structured contract, so you know exactly what you're getting before committing.
I design, build, and ship in short cycles with weekly updates — you see real progress, not status reports.
I hand the project over running on a stable environment, with documentation to match, so you can manage your own product: what that involves, and what keeping it maintained takes.
What I build
"Software" is a wide word, so here is what it means in practice: whatever you are picturing — a site, an app, a store, an assistant — I turn it into something your customers can open and use.
…and anything else that runs on software. If you are not sure which of these you need, that is what the first call is for.
A landing page or a full site that loads fast.
Dashboards, portals and internal tools.
iOS and Android, built from one codebase.
A shop that takes payments and holds on launch day.
The engine behind the screen: data, auth, rules.
Making the tools you already pay for talk to each other.
The repetitive part of your week, done without you.
Assistants and search that know what your business knows.
When nothing off the shelf fits how you work.
Keeping what is live online, current and safe.

FAQ
All the time. You bring the idea and the business knowledge; I translate it into a product. Everything is explained in plain language, and every decision that costs money is yours to make.
Design, development, deployment, and a handover: the product live on your domain, with the accounts and code in your name — no lock-in.
Fixed-scope projects split into milestones — typically a deposit to start and the rest against agreed deliveries. Hourly and retainer work is billed monthly.
It depends a lot on what you want — how much to cover, how far to go. I always make that clear on our first contact, transparently. Most MVPs land in 3–6 weeks depending on scope; a simple site takes days. Either way you'll have a concrete timeline in the proposal — and weekly updates against it. So don't worry :)
